A. Services Provided

Bizfyle provides an all-in-one solution for business needs, including LLC Formation, Bookkeeping, Tax Filing, and Compliance. Our services include, but are not limited to, the preparation of Articles of Organization, Operating Agreements, EIN setup, Registered Agent services, and BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting.

Bizfyle offers several service packages, including:

• LLC Formation: Preparation and filing of Articles of Organization and Operating Agreements.
• Compliance: Registered Agent services, Annual Report filing, and BOI reporting.
• Tax & Bookkeeping: Expert bookkeeping, tax preparation, and filing services.
• Additional Support: EIN setup and US business bank account assistance.

B. Fees and Payments

Our formation packages start from $199/year plus applicable state fees. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize Bizfyle to charge all fees as they become due. All prices are subject to change without notice.

C. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Orders are generally refundable only until payment has been forwarded to a government entity, such as a state or the IRS, or a third-party vendor. Once payment is forwarded, Bizfyle cannot accept cancellations or changes.

D. Chargebacks

Bizfyle does not dispute legitimate chargebacks. However, illegitimate chargebacks may result in the cancellation of services or the dissolution of the formed legal entity.

E. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate registration information.
• Post-Formation Maintenance: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the post-formation maintenance, reporting, and filings required to keep your entity in good standing with government agencies.

• Workflow Completion: Services will not commence until you have completed the required onboarding workflow and connected necessary financial accounts.
